Superbly aromatic, the nose has pinot style red fruit with wild mint, tomato stalk and black cherry joy. The palate feels svelte and lively, from the stormy weather of vintage. The late harvest gives succulent tastes, flowing with vibrant sanguinello tang of Sangiovese, united with abundant blue fruits of Merlot and Cabernet, and savoury Mediterranean complexity.
